Return & Exchanges Policy

 

Returns and exchanges are permitted on all eligible items within 30 days of purchase. 
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to returns or exchanges
  • Damaged packages must be reported within 2 business days from delivery to be eligible for refunds or replacements. Please send a picture of the package and items affected to shop@hattieb.com.
  • A missing package request must be made withing 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email.

Domestic (US) Shipping:

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days, Monday-Thursday. Orders placed after 3pm CST will ship the next business day.

Please note USPS does not always scan packages at pickup. Standard delivery is typically 2-15 business days. If your package has not been received within 15 business days from your order confirmation, please feel free to reach out and we'll be happy to further assist.

International Shipping:

All international orders will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the size of the order and shipping location with real time rates to give you the best options. Please note that this does not include any duties and taxes that may come after delivery. That is the customers responsibility.
